Refund Policy

Order too much? Order wrong size? No problem!

Send back any clean, unused, uncut whole pieces (4') of GutterClean for a refund of material cost minus a 10% restocking fee. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping charges back to our Illinois facility and a return authorization must be obtained from our Service Department. You may request one online through our Contact Form.

Refunds will bein the form of a credit to the original credit card or PayPal account. No checks, cash or credits to other accounts will be made.

Credits will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the product. The returned GutterClean can not be dirty or disfigured in any way. If it is, it will not be accepted, refunded or returned! This is a customer friendly policy so we will not make exceptions.
