GutterClean 15 Year Limited Warranty

All Seasons Products hereby warrants GutterClean to prevent leaves and large debris from entering and clogging a gutter or downspout during a fifteen (15) year period from the original date of purchase, when installed in a manner consistent with GutterClean installation procedures, under normal leaf and debris conditions. If a clogged gutter or downspout was to occur, contact All Seasons Products to arrange for replacement of any GutterClean pieces that contributed to the problem. At GutterClean’s option, a photo or representative piece may be required to substantiate claims.

GutterClean’s coating contains a UV stabilizer to reduce the affect of UV damage on the surface of the product. Over time, exposure to the elements will cause the surface of the product to bleach out slightly. The degree to which this weathering may occur will vary depending on factors such as climate, location, air quality or local environmental conditions over which manufacturer or All Seasons Products have no control. The weathering of the material under normal conditions will not affect the performance of the product. For optimal life and performance of the product it should remain unmolested in the gutter.

This warranty requires that the warranty registration form be completed and signed by the initial purchaser and returned to All Seasons Products within 30 days following the purchase of the GutterClean product. Subsequent homeowners must send written notice within 30 days of ownership to validate warranty transfer. Proof of original purchase may be required on warranty claims.

This Constitutes the sole warranty made by the manufacturer or Distributor either expressed or implied. There are no other warranties expressed or implied which extend beyond the face hereof, herein, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall All Seasons Products be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All Seasons Products remedies shall be limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming units or parts.

Some states do not permit any limitation on the length of an implied warranty, and incidental or consequential damage, and some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitations and or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights which can vary from state to state. Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to unreasonable use, Acts of God, floods, fires, vandalism, exposure to corrosive chemicals or pollutants, or any condition beyond the control of the dealer or manufacturer.

Normal debris fall will occur through the year and may create surface accumulation on the GutterClean. However, natural conditions such as sun, wind, and rain, will work together to dry, blow, and wash away the debris so that GutterClean may remain free flowing. In sheltered roof areas, overhangs on flat roofs, inside roof valleys, shallow-pitched roofs or anywhere heavy debris fall occurs, or where Pine sap falls, debris may collect when sunlight and wind cannot dry and move away debris. Normal service may be required. Overflow may occur during the heaviest of rains and to what extent is directly impacted by the design and condition of your gutter system.

This Warranty covers only genuine GutterClean. Homeowner must verify with All Seasons Products that the product is GutterClean. There are no warranties on this product other than set forth in this warranty. We are not liable for any other written or oral express warranties such as those that may be given by Dealers, Contractors, Installers, or Distributors of this product. GutterClean’s warranty is limited to replacement of defective material. All Seasons Products specifically excludes from this warranty any liability for structural or cosmetic damage to the home or structure on which GutterClean is installed.

Improper installation may invalidate the warranty. This Warranty covers any size or shape of GutterClean brand product.
